The rest of Swapmos
Swap, bridge, Buy CMX, search and notifications.
Not everything in the app is the futures terminal. The sidebar also carries Swap and Buy CMX, and the top bar carries search and notifications. This section covers those.
Swap and bridge (/swap)
Both live in one card. There is no mode switch: the app decides which one you are doing from the token you pick on the You receive side. If that token is on BNB Smart Chain, it is a bridge. Anything else is a swap.
The card has two halves. You pay is a number field with the network pill and the token pill on the right, and a balance line underneath with a Max button that fills in your whole balance of that token. You receive is read-only and fills in from a live on-chain quote. The circular arrow between them flips the direction, and it is only clickable when the reverse direction is actually routable.
Both networks are freely selectable, including combinations that do not route. You get told so rather than having chains hidden from you. Swaps and bridges start on ClubMOS, because that is where the StableSwap and the vault contracts are deployed, so if the pay side is set to another network the card says "Swapmos does not trade on that network. Switch the pay side to ClubMOS."
Once there is a real quote, a tinted block under the receive field shows Rate (for swaps), the amount you receive, and Route, which reads either the source chain name or ClubMOS -> BSC.
The single button at the bottom tells you what is blocking you, in the order you tend to hit the problems: Get started, Not supported on <chain>, Nothing available yet, No route to <chain>, Pair under updation, Enter an amount, Insufficient <token>, Min N <token>, Need BNB on BSC for gas, Try again later, then Approve & Swap / Approve & Bridge, then Swap / Bridge. A first-time approval of a token adds one extra wallet prompt before the real transaction.
Two conditions stop a swap even when your balance is fine:
- Pair under updation. An admin has disabled that specific token pair. Try the other direction or a different pair.
- Try again later. The output token has a daily outflow limit, or the contract does not currently hold enough of it. Reduce the amount or come back later.
Swaps are submitted with a minimum output of 99.9% of the quote, so a swap that moves against you by more than that reverts instead of filling at a worse rate.
Bridging to BSC, and the BNB you need first
A bridge is two transactions on two networks, not one. Swapmos locks your tokens on ClubMOS with a deposit, gets a signed voucher from the relayer, then you sign a claim on BNB Smart Chain that delivers USDT.
That second signature costs BNB gas on BSC, which the app cannot pay for you. So it checks your BNB balance on BSC before it lets you start, and blocks with "Need BNB on BSC for gas" if you hold less than 0.0005 BNB. Take that block seriously: if you get past the deposit with no gas on the other side, your tokens sit locked on ClubMOS until you fund the wallet and claim.
Each token also has a contract-level minimum. Below it the card reads "Minimum bridge amount is N <token>" rather than letting the transaction revert.
While a bridge runs, a modal lists the steps (Approve, Deposit on ClubMOS, Claim USDT on BSC) and updates each one in place. If it fails after the deposit, nothing is lost. The deposit is still claimable.
Unclaimed deposits appear in a Pending claims list under the swap card, with a Claim button per row that re-runs only the voucher and claim leg. Nothing expires. If you are short on BNB there, the Claim buttons are disabled and the panel says so.
Note: the old /bridge URL redirects to the home page, which does not have the swap card on it. Go to /swap.
Buy CMX (/buy-cmx)
This is a presale purchase on BNB Smart Chain, unrelated to perps trading and unrelated to your Swapmos balance. If your wallet is on another network, an amber banner offers a Switch to BSC button, and the main button relabels to do the same thing.
The Buy tab takes an amount in BNB, with preset chips built from the contract's own minimum and maximum, and quotes the CMX you would receive on-chain plus a rough USD figure from a live BNB price. If a referrer address was stored on this device, it is shown as "Referred by 0x1234…abcd" and passed with the purchase.
Read these before buying:
- One purchase per wallet. Once a wallet has bought, the Buy tab is locked and the page opens on Sell instead.
- A 30-day cooldown starts at purchase. You cannot sell during it, and the Sell tab shows a live countdown.
- Selling is taxed and rate-limited. The sell tax comes from the contract (currently 30%), and you can sell at most 1% of your holdings per day. The Sell tab breaks this out as Gross Value, Sell Tax, and Net Received in BNB.
You have to tick the terms checkbox, and confirming opens a summary dialog with an "Agree & Confirm" button before any wallet prompt. After the purchase confirms, the browser is redirected to cmxcoin.net a couple of seconds later.
Known issue: the red Sell N CMX button on the Sell tab is not wired to anything. Clicking it does nothing at all, with no error and no wallet prompt. The holdings, cap, cooldown and tax figures on that tab are correct, but the sale cannot currently be submitted from this page.
Search (Cmd/Ctrl+K)
The search field in the top bar opens on click or with Cmd+K / Ctrl+K from anywhere in the app. Below the sm breakpoint it collapses to an icon.
Before you type, it shows tabs for Crypto, Stocks and Forex with the top 10 markets in each by 24h volume. As soon as you type, the tabs disappear, because a query searches across all three classes at once, up to 40 results. It matches on base symbol, full symbol and instrument name.
Each row shows the asset icon, ticker, a flame badge for a strong 24h move, the max-leverage badge, the full instrument name and the price. Picking one routes you to that market's own sector, so searching AAPL from the crypto terminal lands you on /futures/stock with AAPL selected. This is the only way to jump straight to a market in another sector, and it is the fallback way to change symbol at all if you have hidden the markets ticker in the Layout dialog.
The field does not steal focus on phones, so opening it will not pop the keyboard.
Notifications (bell icon)
The bell is not a push feed. Swapmos has no usable inbox endpoint, so every entry is computed from data the app is already polling, which means notifications only exist while you have trading enabled. Before that, the tray says "Enable trading to see account activity and risk alerts."
It derives seven kinds of entry:
- how close a position is to its estimated liquidation price, for example "BTC is 3.2% from liquidation"
- actual liquidations, with quantity, transfer price and liquidator fee
- orders that were rejected or cancelled, including any partial fill
- take-profit and stop-loss orders that triggered
- deposits and withdrawals, with amount, token and fee
- fills
- funding payments
Risk entries at critical and warning level are pinned into a Needs attention block at the top of the tray, separate from the timeline below it, so a margin warning cannot scroll out of sight. The number on the bell counts only those pinned items, and turns red when any of them is critical. The timeline underneath is newest first and holds the last 60 entries.
Treat a liquidation-proximity entry as the last warning you will get. Nothing in the app closes a position for you, and the notification is derived from a poll, so a fast move can pass it.
Getting around
The left rail carries Swap, Buy CMX, the three Futures sectors plus Help, and Account, with links out to the ClubMOS docs and the Swapmos whitepaper at the bottom. Collapsing it hides the labels but keeps every row in the same place. Below the lg breakpoint the rail is replaced by a bottom sheet behind the hamburger button.
The globe icon in the top bar changes language. The first-visit tour on the home page can be reopened only by clearing site data, but its content is covered by this help centre.
